Peanut Chews and Pretzel Oatmeal Cookies

Can we talk about these?

They are even more decadent and delicious than they look. Really.

A little while ago, I developed a cookie recipe for

Joy of Kosher

using

Goldenberg's Peanut Chews

. Oh my, these little candies are addicting. They package them perfectly small, so before you even realize you've devoured four or five (probably more).

These Peanut Chews are definitely a worthwhile indulgence. They have a rich dark chocolate coating, crunchy peanuts, and a deep chewy caramel-like center. They're made with molasses, rather than plain white sugar, which gives them an extra depth of flavor. They are complete on their own but can take a simple chocolate chip cookie to another level.

Throw in a few pieces of salty pretzels for contrast in flavor, some oatmeal for a nice texture, and you get a well-composed cookie.

These are cookies with character. Try them.
